To process credit cards over the Internet, there are two services that are necessary and one is optional.
First, with the high risk of identity theft and credit
card fraud, solid security resources are absolutely essential. The EZ-NetTools e-commerce system provides these services with
our proven methods of security.
Second, a merchant bank
account that can be tied into the credit card processor is necessary to accept credit cards for payment. Many banks
provide merchant accounts, however, credit unions and other financial institutions may not.
EZ-NetTools can provide merchant accounts through eCom Merchant
Solutions based in Portland, Oregon.
The final service is an optional service. Gateway services are necessary only if you want to process credit card transactions online in real time. If, however, a business already has a method of processing credit cards, a gateway service is unnecessary. EZ-NetTools provides the Authorize.net gateway
service for businesses who want real time transactions.

typically take less that 1/2 of a business day to activate.
