ICServ.Net announced the appointment of Mr. Joseph West as the Executive Vice President. Mr. West received his education from Brigham Young University where he received both a B.A in Economics and an M.B.A. with accounting and finance emphasis.

West brings more than 20 years of professional experience in financial and computer system development and analysis. His experience includes system design and developer for Aurther Anderson, Diet Center, and INEL.

West's responsibilities will encompass the ICServ.Net hostware development.
