Once an order is placed with the EZ-NetTools system, an e-mail is sent to the merchant. Since e-mail is not usually a secure medium, orders are retrieved with the EZ-NetTools system only through the ultra secure SSL technologies and our unique 3-WayEncryption technology.
Secure Order Retrieval
Orders can be queried, viewed and sorted with this fully functional program. Orders are listed by dates for a quick view.

Each individual order can be displayed with or without payment information. Full order views are displayed in a print ready format for a quick print out.
The search feature is a helpful tool to find specific orders that may be buried deep within a volume of orders.
Download Orders
It may be practical in some cases to download orders into a spreadsheet or database. In these circumstances, EZ-NetTools will download orders in an excel spreadsheet or custom delimited format. This way the data can be retrieved for implementation into another system.
View Order Statistics
EZ-NetTools includes various statistics that are readily available. They include:

- A summary of products ordered.
- A list of customers that have ordered.
- A summary of abandoned order information.
- A list of affiliate facilitated order information.

A specified date range can list each of these summaries. They also provide pertinent information to each list. This is a quick and easy way to check orders processed through the EZ-NetTools system!
